1. Who is responsible for your data

Soul Awakening Ltd, company number 16600033, registered office 23 Chepstow Road, Leicester, England, LE2 1PB, is the data controller for this site.

Questions, requests, or anything you are unhappy with: [email protected].

2. What I collect

When you buy:

  • your name
  • your email address
  • your country and billing details, as your card requires
  • a record that you paid, what for, and when

Your card details go straight to Stripe. They are never sent to me and I never hold them.

When you visit the site, standard web data is collected: pages viewed, roughly where you are, what device and browser you used, and how you arrived. Analytics tools also record how the page is used, such as clicks, scrolling and time on the page. Clause 8 names them and says how to refuse.

You do not have to give anything to watch the video or hear the free song. There is no email wall on it.

When you book a one-to-one session:

  • your name and email address again, on the booking form
  • the date and time you chose, and your timezone
  • anything you write in the notes box

The notes box is optional and it is yours to use however you want. It is there so I can be ready for you. I am not asking for medical or health information and you do not need to give me any. Whatever you write, I read it before your session and nobody else sees it.

A recording, if you asked for one. See clause 5i: I send it to you and delete my copy.

When you sign up for my live streams:

  • your first name
  • your email address

I use them to invite you to live streams and to stay in touch. You can unsubscribe from any email at any time, using the link in it or by emailing me.

3. Why I have it, and what lets me

What I use it for Why I am allowed to
Giving you access to the course you bought Performing our contract
Running your one-to-one session, including reading your notes beforehand Performing our contract
Making a recording, only when you have asked for one Performing our contract, and your request
Emailing you about your purchase, the monthly updates and the release Performing our contract
Refunds, receipts and support Performing our contract
Keeping accounting and tax records A legal obligation
Keeping the site working and secure My legitimate interests
Understanding how the site is used, so I can improve it (analytics) My legitimate interests. You can refuse it at any time (clause 8)
Inviting you to live streams and staying in touch, when you sign up Your consent, and you can withdraw it at any time
Anything beyond your purchase and the monthly updates, if I ever send it Your consent, and you can withdraw it at any time

4. Who else handles it

Only the services needed to run this:

  • HighLevel, which hosts the site, holds the customer records and runs the booking calendar
  • Stripe, which takes the payment
  • Zoom, where the one-to-one sessions happen
  • Google Calendar, which holds the appointment so I know when to be there. It carries the date, the time and your name. It does not carry your notes
  • LeadConnector and Mailgun, which send the emails, through HighLevel
  • Google (Google Analytics), Microsoft (Clarity) and Cloudflare (Web Analytics), which show me how the site is used. Clause 8 has the detail

Some of these are based in the United States, so your data is transferred outside the UK. Those transfers are covered by the safeguards UK law requires for international transfers.

Your data is not sold, and it is not shared with anyone for advertising.

5. How long it is kept

Your account and purchase record are kept for as long as you have access to the course. Accounting records are kept for six years, which is what UK tax law requires.

Session notes are deleted within 30 days of your session. They exist so I can be ready for you, and after that they have done their job.

Recordings are deleted as soon as I have sent yours to you. I do not keep a copy.

If you ask for your data to be deleted, it is deleted, apart from anything I am legally required to keep.

6. Your rights

You can ask me to:

  • show you what I hold about you
  • correct anything wrong
  • delete it
  • send it to you or to someone else in a portable form
  • stop using it for something, or restrict how it is used
  • stop marketing to you, at any time

Email [email protected] and I will act within one month.

If you are not happy with how I have handled it, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk, or call them on 0303 123 1113. You are welcome to come to me first, but you do not have to.

7. Complaining about how I handle your data

Email [email protected] and tell me what the problem is.

I will acknowledge it within two to three working days, look into it, keep you posted while I do, and tell you the outcome within one month.

If you are still not happy, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113. You can go straight to them if you would rather.

8. Cookies and similar technologies

Checked on the live site on 28 September 2026.

Some of these are cookies. Some are things called local storage and session storage, which do a similar job. They are all covered here, because the law covers anything stored on your device and not just cookies.

Things this site needs to work. These are set as soon as you arrive, because without them the site cannot keep you secure or take a payment.

What Set by How long What it does
__cf_bm Cloudflare 30 minutes Tells the difference between a person and a bot
cf_clearance Cloudflare 1 year Remembers that a security check was already passed
msgsndr_id HighLevel 1 year Recognises your browser so an order form you started still works when you come back to it
ghl_geo_country_v1 HighLevel (session storage) Until you close the tab Your country, so prices and formats display correctly
m Stripe About 13 months Fraud checks on the payment form
__cf_bm hCaptcha, via Stripe 30 minutes Bot detection on the payment form

Things that are not strictly necessary. These are the ones you can refuse.

What Set by How long What it does
v2_history, v2_session_history, v2_contact_session, v3_first_session_event HighLevel (local storage) Until cleared Records how you arrived: the site you came from, any search term, any advert, and the pages you visited

Analytics: how the site is used. These are not strictly necessary, so you can refuse them. They are set when a page opens.

What Set by How long What it does
_ga, _ga_1GVVZLL6LY Google Analytics Up to 2 years (most browsers cap this at about 13 months) Counts visits and shows which pages and links people use, without telling me who you are
_clck, _clsk Microsoft Clarity 1 year, and 1 day Records how the page is used, as replays of clicks and scrolling, and heatmaps. Clarity hides names, email addresses and card details by default, and the payment form is run by Stripe, so it is never recorded
No cookie Cloudflare Web Analytics Not stored on your device Counts visits to the site

Other companies you may meet at the checkout. The payment step is run by Stripe and offers card, PayPal, Amazon Pay and Google Pay. Choosing one loads that company's own payment tools, which set their own cookies under their own privacy policies. Nothing from any of them loads until you reach the payment step.

How to refuse or change your mind.

You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings at any time, and every major browser lets you do it for one site rather than all of them. Blocking the strictly necessary ones will stop the checkout working.

The arrival information in the second table is stored by the platform this site runs on, as soon as a page opens. If you would rather I did not keep it, email [email protected] and I will remove it from your record.

To refuse analytics, block cookies for this site in your browser, or install Google's opt-out add-on (tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout). The site works exactly the same without them.

There is no advertising tracking on this site. Nothing here is used to show you adverts, and your data is not sold. If that ever changes, this page changes first.

Do Not Track. Some browsers send a "Do Not Track" signal. This site does not currently respond to it, because there is no agreed standard for doing so. You can refuse analytics in the ways above.

Other companies. Google and Microsoft collect information about how you use this site, through the analytics tools above, under their own privacy policies. They are not used here for advertising, and no other company is allowed to collect information about you on this site.

9. Age

This site and this course are for adults. It is not aimed at children and I do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

10. Changes

If this policy changes, the new version goes up here with a new date at the top.
