Feel Richer by Sunday is a song-led guided meditation course, delivered online.
It has four modules: money, spirit, confidence and love. Each module gives you an original song, a guided visualisation and an integration. You get the whole course, all four modules, not one part of it.
It is delivered through an online course portal that you log into. Nothing is posted to you and nothing physical is included.
As a founder you also get a behind-the-scenes update from me every month while I make the course, and the chance to send me your words for the title song (clause 8a). Sending words is optional, and there is no promise they will be used.
The course is not finished yet. When you buy now, you are buying access to it when it is ready.
Planned release is January 2027. That is a plan, not a promise. The music takes the longest and I will not rush it.
The founder price is $47 US dollars, paid once. At launch the price rises to $97.
Prices are in US dollars only. If your card is in another currency, your bank sets the exchange rate and may add a foreign transaction fee. That is between you and your bank, and I do not receive it.
The price you see is the total price. There is nothing else to pay, and there is no subscription attached to this purchase.
Payment is taken by Stripe. I never see or hold your card details.
This clause is about the course. The one-to-one sessions have their own refund and cancellation terms in 5e and 5f.
This is a founder pre-order at a one-time price, and all sales are final. Once you buy, your payment is non-refundable.
This does not remove the protections the law gives you:
At launch, when the course is delivered the moment you buy, you will be asked at the checkout to agree that your access starts straight away. Agreeing to that ends the 14-day cancellation right once your access has opened.
Two sessions are sold alongside the course. They are separate from it and these terms cover them separately.
1:1 Money Module Session, $100. Sixty minutes with me on Zoom, live. We work with how money feels for you now.
1:1 Money Healing, $127. Sixty minutes with me on Zoom, live. We work with a specific experience that is still shaping how you are with money.
Both are one to one. Nobody else is on the call. Neither is part of the course and neither depends on it.
These are guided sessions. They are not therapy, counselling, or any form of medical or psychological treatment, and they are not a substitute for any of those. They are not financial, investment, tax or legal advice.
If you are being treated for something, keep doing that. Nothing here replaces it.
$100 for the Money Module Session and $127 for the Money Healing, in US dollars, paid once. There is no subscription and nothing further to pay.
The currency note in clause 4 applies here too.
After you pay, you get an email with a booking link. Pick any time on it that suits you.
The times I have open are on the booking page, and they are the times I can do properly. If none of them work, reply to that email and tell me what days and times could. I will try to open one.
There is no deadline to book. Your session does not expire.
You can reschedule or cancel up to 48 hours before your session. The links to do both are in your confirmation email.
Inside 48 hours, the session stands, and a session you do not turn up to counts as used. That is because the hour is held for you and nobody else can have it.
If something serious happens, email me. I would rather hear from you than apply a rule.
You have 14 days from the day you buy to cancel a session and get your money back in full. Email [email protected] and tell me you want to cancel. You do not need a reason.
If you pick a time inside those 14 days, you are asking me to start early. That is completely fine, and it is what most people do. It does mean that once we have had the session, you have had the thing you paid for, so the right to cancel it ends when the session happens rather than running the full 14 days.
If your session has not happened yet, the 14 days stands. Cancel and you get everything back.
And if we have had your session and something is wrong, tell me anyway. I would rather hear from you than have you sit with it.
If I have to move or cancel your session, I will tell you as soon as I know. You choose: another time, or all of your money back.
What you tell me in a session stays between us. I do not share it and I do not use it in anything I write, record or teach without asking you first.
Sessions are not recorded. Not by me, and not for my notes.
If you want a recording, ask me and I will record it for you. I will confirm it with you at the start of the call before anything is recorded.
The recording is yours. I send it to you and then I delete every copy I have of it. I do not keep a library of sessions.
If January 2027 moves, I will tell you in the monthly update. You do not have to do anything.
If I could not finish it, everyone who has paid gets a full refund. That is the whole of it.
Your access is for you. Personal use.
Please do not share your login, and do not copy, record, upload, resell or give away the songs, videos, meditations or anything else in the course.
The songs and all the course material stay mine. Buying the course gives you a personal licence to use it. It does not transfer ownership of anything, and it does not give you any right to use the music commercially, in your own work, or in anything you publish.
Founders can send me words about what "Feel Richer by Sunday" means to them, for the title song.
If you send me words, you confirm they are your own. Once sent, they become part of the song's material: mine to use, change or leave out, in the song and anywhere it is used or promoted, for good. Sending words does not give you any rights in the song, and there is no payment for them.
Once the course is released, your access opens and stays open for as long as the course portal runs. There is no time limit on it. This is what "lifetime access" means on the sales page, and if the portal ever closes, clause 9a applies.
The course is yours to keep, and I mean it.
If I ever move it or shut the portal down, I will email you at least 30 days beforehand, and I will either move you to wherever it lives next or send you the files to download and keep.
You will not lose what you paid for.
The course is delivered online through a portal you log into. You will need an internet connection and an up-to-date browser on a phone, tablet or computer. There is nothing to install.
The videos and audio stream. They are not downloads, and your login is for you alone.
By law the course has to be of satisfactory quality, fit for any purpose I have told you it is for, and as I have described it.
If it falls short, tell me and I will put it right. If I cannot, you are entitled to a reduction in what you paid, which can be all of it. Nothing in these terms limits those rights.
This is a meditation course. It works on how you feel.
It is not medical, psychological, financial or investment advice, and it is not therapy or treatment. It does not promise any financial outcome and it will not change your bank balance.
If you are unwell, or you are going through something serious, please speak to a doctor or another qualified professional. This is not a substitute for that.
Email [email protected] and I will reply within two to three working days. Most things are fixed faster than they are argued about.
I am not a member of an alternative dispute resolution scheme. If we cannot settle something between us, you can take it to court.
If I fail to meet these terms, I am responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of that failure. I am not responsible for loss or damage that was not foreseeable.
Nothing here limits or excludes my liability for death or personal injury caused by my negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
If these terms change, the change applies to purchases made after it. It does not change what you already bought.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
If you live somewhere else, you keep the consumer protections that are mandatory in your own country. Nothing here takes those away.
Complete and return this only if you want to cancel. You do not have to use it.
